SERVICES:

• Book lending service
• Competitive exam assistance
• Initiated free wi-fi zone, and installed a PC with Internet facility for the users in the reading hall; so that users can download e-book, e-notes from different freely available website.
• Display cum notice board to exhibit the current information regarding higher education, research and fellowships
• The library security surveillance system is equipped with modern CCTV cameras
• A fire extinguisher system is mounted on wall for fire safety
• Water cooler with 80 Litters storage is kept just outside the library.

ACTIVITIES:

• The library committee members and seminar library in-charges of various departments give important advices for the betterment of the library.
• Whenever the grants sanctioned by the higher education department for library purchase; all individual departments are asked to provide required booklist to enrich the library treasure.
• Due to lack of fund the college is unable to digitize our library but in near future we hope that the library will be equipped with proper digitization facility.

• To properly maintain the library treasure, all the books of different libraries are physically verified under the surveillance of library committee and seminar library in-charges of each department.

RULES & REGULATION OF LIBRARY:

• The right to use the Reading Hall is exclusively reserved for current students of the KRGGDC.
• Only two books can be issued at a time, if anyone interested to keep the books for longer time then they must reissue the books after 15 days.
• Readers should not leave bags/books/copies on the table and cannot claim, capture, and reserve seats for future use
• The seats are to be used/occupied on the first come first served basis.
• Readers should not scribble on table tops or damage them.
• Readers should observe strict silence inside the library.
• Use of Mobile phones is not permitted inside the library premises.
• Users are not allowed to carry eatables/drinks inside the library premises.
• The library shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of the personal belongings of the users.
• Library clearance certificate will be issued only after submission of the issued books. Without which student will not be able to receive the marksheet.
